UX/UI Product Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Product Designer to drive a digital agriculture revolution. In this role, you will design seamless end-to-end user experiences and optimizations, taking ideas from early prototypes to final implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and user needs into delightful products by creating functional solutions, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and conducting user research.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, agronomists, and engineers to take products from concept to launch.
• Own the product design process end-to-end.
• Develop a cohesive, intuitive, and playful look and feel for our products.
• Create and maintain the product’s design system according to industry best practices.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders for feedback and brainstorming.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders during the design phase.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, making quick decisions within tight schedules.

Day-to-Day:

• Define the design vision, strategy, and principles to align with the company roadmap.
• Lead design projects from research and ideation to visual design and delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for an Agronomy solution manager to support the sales cycle by providing

agronomic expertise, industry knowledge, and product insights. In this role, you will work closely

with the sales team to consult on the sales pipeline, illustrate product capabilities, and support

due diligence to properly qualify and close deals.

What You'll Be Doing:

● Support the sales team with agronomic and technological expertise throughout the

sales process and customer interactions.

● Research and analyze Agmatix's target audiences to tailor agronomic value

propositions for different customer segments.

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.

● Facilitate proof of concept (POC) processes in collaboration with account executives.

● Provide post-sales support while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence

to SLAs.

● Assist in the qualification and validation of sales opportunities.

● Monitor market trends, industry drivers, and emerging technologies, assessing

competitors and market positioning to optimize sales strategies.

● Collaborate with product and agronomy experts to enhance knowledge,

professionalism, and understanding of product capabilities.
