Ron Baruchi has been Agmatix's President and CEO since 2021. With a passion for driving technological advancements in life sciences to benefit society, he has been a key force behind the company's success, revolutionizing the agricultural industry with Agmatix’s cutting-edge technologies. Previously, Ron served as COO at Blue Dot and as VP of Strategy and Global Head of IT for Teva Pharmaceuticals. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Richman University.

Ori Yuval has been Agmatix’s CFO since 2021. He is a highly accomplished financial leader with over 15 years of experience driving financial strategy, planning, and analysis. Ori has a proven track record of enhancing profitability, optimizing financial performance, and implementing effective cost-control measures. Skilled in leading finance teams, managing financial reporting, and guiding strategic decision-making to support business growth. Prior to joining Agmatix, Ori served as the Global Reporting Manager of ICL and the CFO of Marimedia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and an EMBA from the Hebrew University.

Experienced data scientist and software engineer with broad knowledge in both hardware and software development. Brings many years of hands-on experience in some of the most pioneering global companies in the world such as Amazon and Broadcom. I love to learn new things, I have great interpersonal abilities and I work effectively in a team. Determination is my strongest attribute. When I am not working l like to play tennis, to hike and scuba dive.

Dr. Sagi Katz, VP of Agronomy at Agmatix since 2021, has been deeply connected to agriculture since childhood. He pursued a Ph.D. in Soil and Water Science, specializing in the environmental effects of biofouling ecosystems utilizing treated wastewater in agriculture. Over the past decade, Dr. Katz has worked within the Israeli ag-tech ecosystem, including roles at Phytech and ICL Fertilizers. At Agmatix, he is responsible for all professional aspects, including the Agmatix Ontology Engine, data innovations, and the professional development of the company’s products.

Liron Prizant, Agmatix’s VP of HR since 2022, brings over a decade of experience in human resources. With a deep passion for building and scaling high-growth, human-centric, and connected organizations, Liron's expertise spans executive coaching, leadership development, strategic consulting, and organizational design. Committed to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential, she focuses on making a positive impact and supporting the organization's business goals through effective human capital management. Liron is dedicated to fostering a culture that maximizes people's potential, driven by a growth mindset and continuous personal development.

I’m a global GTM sales leader who builds the systems that turn early traction into predictable growth: clear ICP, strong positioning, repeatable pipeline creation and a sales process teams actually follow. 15+ years building B2B SaaS GTM - especially in Deeptech (Climate/AgTech, Biotech, Data/AI).

Dr. Shai Sela, Agmatix’s Chief Scientist since 2021, leads the agro-informatics and digital twins modeling and innovation efforts. Shai is a crop modeler and data scientist with over 15 years of experience in developing and applying models to optimize production environments. He earned his B.Sc. in Environmental Science and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Geo-Informatics from Ben-Gurion University. His postdoctoral research led him to Cornell University, where he spent five years as part of a team developing Adapt-N, an award-winning digital twin solution for nitrogen management in corn production, which was commercialized by Cornell and acquired by Yara International.
