Implementing agmatix solutions will allow agricultural professionals around the world to increase crops yields while reducing environmental damage and improving crop quality over time.



·        Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our partners and customers. understand their needs and ensure success with agmatix products and services.

·        Manage a portfolio of accounts across all stages from onboarding and implementation through expansion and retention.

·        Lead the onboarding process with our partners - implementation and adoption. 

·        Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap and marketing processes. 

·        Establish a deep knowledge of the partners and customers’ business and organization, developing relationships with key customer stakeholders, manage post-sale engagement, and drive further product adoption and expansion across the business.

·        Partner with the sales and marketing teams to create upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, and increase retention and growth. 

·        Possess deep product knowledge to support your customers

·        Design and implement Customer Success processes to improve agmatix’ value proposition

·        Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and our client base to share best practices, improve internal capabilities, identify new customer business needs and effectively leverage all our available resources to drive customer success.

The checklist

·        2+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes

·        Strong customer-facing and presentation & ability to establish credibility with executives

·        Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and timeline

·        High prioritization skills and process and project management orientation

·        Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills

·        Problem-solver, resourceful and independent

·        Superb written and verbal communication skills (English)


·        Experience in the agri-food tech domain.
