We are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Marketing to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Marketing who will own every stage of our growth marketing: planning, execution, budgeting, analysis and data driven optimization. You will bring a strategic vision and innovative approach to support our G2M efforts and will define best-in-class demand generation techniques, digital strategies, field marketing and will optimize for results. As a Head of Marketing, you will work closely with agmatix leadership and ICL’s Marketing leadership. 


  • Leveraging and conducting customer and market research and using the insights to formulate the marketing strategy, including market segmentation and targeting, content, digital channels, partnerships, conferences and more. 
  • Drive the research, development and producing of written and visual content for agmatix to empower sales. including: sales kit, digital channels (website, social media, webinars), events, articles, success stories, and more. 
  • Partner closely with product, sales, and business development functions to ensure a unified story across the company's external channels and define lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and referrals.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, that resonates with the target audiences, for new and existing functionality by understanding competitive drivers, market trends, TAM analysis, and the needs of target customers.
  • Support the Sales team by preparing custom made marketing materials for the different segments and pipeline life cycle. Measure effectiveness of messaging and channels.

The checklist

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a high growth startup company
  • SaaS industry experience, with understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape
  • Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Highly data-driven marketer with a proven track record of delivering programs that help achieve overall company goals
  • Ability to deep dive and learn new domains, technology fields, products and solutions. 
  • Possess deep product knowledge to be able to reach the marketing goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work under pressure
  • Self-starter who can handle working with the demands of a start-up with high growth and heavily technology products  


  • Experience in the agri-food tech domain. 
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, WordPress, Canva, Figma, Workshop and other tools
